Lead Partner Psychologist (Manchester)

Rachael is a highly experienced Business Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the BPS. She is a specialist in identifying and building strong leaders and leadership teams which she does through individual profiling, 360 Feedback, Coaching, Team Events, Development Programmes and Assessment Centres.  She has conducted executive and senior management assessments and in-depth profiling for both public and private sector organisations for the purposes of recruitment, talent identification, development and organisational restructuring.  Alongside the use of many evidence based tools and techniques she is a leading expert in the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator).

In her spare time, she is also the Chair of the Board of Governors of a Special School for Pupils with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
