Paul is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist , Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, Member of the Association of Business Psychologists, and founder member of Talent NW.
He has been the Managing Director of Actualise, a Manchester firm of occupational psychologists since 2003. Previously Paul was Managing Consultant with global business psychologists SHL and his early career includes roles in financial services with Eversheds, AXA and Norwich Union (AVIVA).
Paul’s consultancy expertise ranges from the design of organisational competency models to supportive behavioural feedback and coaching, and includes the design of innovative, bespoke assessment and development centre solutions.
His specialist area of consulting is the assessment, profiling and development of high potential employees and key senior leadership talent within client organisations, and in the past he’s profiled candidates at executive level in UK and across the world.

- Executive assessment and one to one profiling with National Australia Group, Pfizer, AstraZenca, Coop Group, Bradford & Bingley, Yorkshire Bank, London Development Agency, Halcrow, TNT, Shropshire Council, PMI, Liverpool Mutual Homes, KHT, Hastings Direct, Saudi Telecom, Ajman Bank (UAE), and others.

Paul is a passionate supporter of Norwich City Football Club and England cricket, a huge cinephile and is a proud Dad of two great kids. He still plays as much sport as his knees permit.
