Jodi is an experienced Occupational Psychologist, Facilitator and Coach. She has worked as a freelance consultant for over 13 years and has extensive experience of working with individuals and teams in the UK and internationally, from graduate to executive level in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
She specialises in executive profiling to support organisations with their talent management strategies ensuring they make robust selection and development decisions and find innovative solutions to business problems. Areas of expertise include: coaching, leadership development, design and delivery of selection and assessment centres, development centres, providing 360 degree feedback and designing bespoke assessment tools and exercises. With a PhD in coaching psychology, Jodi’s consultancy work has a strong theoretical foundation.
She is qualified in the use of psychometrics, Level A and intermediate Level B (ability and personality tests): 16PF, MBTI, Wave, Dimensions, Hogan, Lominger, PAPI, OPQ32, and has a certificate in Performance Coaching from Centre for Coaching (London). Her doctoral research interests concern coaching effectiveness from a psychological perspective (Manchester Business School).
